I had the privilege of making a real impact on youth employment in Morocco, combining mentorship and technology to create a holistic approach.
Through ArabExcellence, I coached and guided young talents in identifying their purpose and setting career aspirations. Then, leveraging MatchExcellence, we provided them with skill assessments, personality tests, and tailored insights, helping them match with ideal job opportunities that align with their potential.
Beyond the direct impact on talent development, this experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into governmental programs, refine my pitching skills, and further develop my technical expertise in workforce solutions.
