COLLABORATION WITH CFYE
The Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE) program initiated by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, designed to enhance youth employment in Morocco’s digital and green sectors. The initiative focuses on equipping young professionals with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market.

MY INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROJECT
Through ArabExcellence and MatchExcellence, we combined coaching, mentoring, and technology to support young talent in finding their purpose, developing soft skills, and accessing relevant job opportunities. By bridging the gap between education, skills development, and employment, we helped create a sustainable impact on youth employability.
As CTO of MatchExcellence, I ensured that our platform was fully prepared to facilitate onboarding and talent matching at scale. This experience also allowed me to strengthen my technical expertise and gain deeper insights into the functioning of governmental programs.
It was an honor to earn CFYE’s trust and officially count them as a partner of MatchExcellence and ArabExcellence, reinforcing our shared commitment to youth empowerment and sustainable employment solutions.
